We negotiate reduced shipping rates from our shipping service provider and pass the savings onto you.

Shipping Rates

We do not charge a handling fee. You are only charged the exact shipping fee. Your credit card will be credited for any difference between your order and the actual shipping charge. Please contact us of you have any questions or would like a shipping quote before ordering.

Depending on your location, your order will arrive in 3-7 days.

West Coast orders average 2-3 days, Midwest 3-4 days, while the East Coast travels 4-7 days before landing at your door. (Shipping during peak holidays please add an extra day of travel to the time noted above).

We offer two standard shipping delivery options during your check-out.

1. Ground 3-7 business days (FedEx / UPS / USPS)
2. UPS Ground

• For Overnight or 2nd day express shipping call or email for the shipping charge - you're only charged the exact shipping cost, and no handling fee.

• Packages shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex will not require a delivery signature unless requested by you. When you check-out please use the comments section to have us add "signature required" to your shipment.

International Shipping Using Bongo

We have partnered with Bongo International to fulfill our international orders. Bongo provides our international visitors with their own US forwarding address. Once you have completed your order, we will ship your items to the Bongo warehouse for export to your country and home address. Your new US address will allow you to purchase goods from other US retailers as well. Consolidating all US purchases into one shipment can save you up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Damage

We take the utmost pride and care when shipping your order. When your order arrives and there is damage to the product, please call or email to notify us of the problem. A new shipment will be initiated and shipped to you.

In some cases, the carrier will notify us that a package has been damaged and is being returned. In this situation, you will be notified of the delay and receive an update that your new package has been shipped.
